Born and educated in Europe, Eric Otto has worked in sales and marketing leadership positions for Marriott, Hilton and Best Western.
For his twenty-five years in the travel industry Eric Otto is recognized as an international sales and marketing leader with expertise in global revenue generation through all market segments and distribution channels, including the Internet. He is recognized as innovative in the conceptualization and tactical execution of successful business development plans to support rapidexpansion and sales growth.
Eric Otto founded Connect Worldwide in 2002 to satisfy the growing need of travel companies around the world to market their brands in new and innovative ways. E-commerce, a dramatically changing global economy, and the necessity to cost effectively manage international sales and marketing channels are driving the need for a new representation and sales and marketing model.The uncertainty in the travel industry brought on by terrorism and economic downturns encouraged Eric Otto to support the travel industry in their efforts to re-invent itself. Eric Otto and Connect-Worldwide support the notion of encouraging peace through tourism, first introduced by Conrad Hilton the founder of Hilton Hotels Corporation.
Eric Otto speaks four languages and enjoys running, golfing and boating. He resides with his wife Christine and his three children in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.
