- Why are clients contracting with you? Can't they do it themselves?
There are several reasons why our clients choose to outsource to us. Some of our clients prefer to concentrate on their core business, while others feel that they do not have the international knowledge or expertise. Other clients simply do not have the financial resources to open offices overseas and yet they do want a presence and a sales and marketing effort in overseas markets.

We are modeling international representation after our clients' need to connect directly with consumers and agents around the world.
- Is it difficult or time consuming to work with Connect-Worldwide?
No, it is just the opposite. Consider this: one contract, one contact and one invoice. You can consider Connect-Worldwide as an extension of your existing sales and marketing team. While we need some support especially in the beginning months, we generally can easily fit within the existing management structure.
- How does Connect-Worldwide get compensated?
Each agreement is unique, but in general the compensation includes a success fee, which is based on the revenue we produce for our clients. We share in the risk, and we share in the success.
- How long does it take to get started with Connect-Worldwide?
Our implementation is usually less then 30 days.
- How do you train affiliates on our company Can we assist in training them?
We have a variety of ways we train our affiliates. First we create a training manual, and then we have several options that include a launch meeting, video-conferencing, web-based presentations, conference calls etc. We encourage our clients to participate in the initial training and continued education of our Affiliates.
- Why do you work with Connect-Worldwide Affiliates?
Our affiliates are experts in the local markets; they speak the language, they know key local decision makers, understand the culture, understand the habits of the traveler and are familiar with the seasonality's of traveler. From an e-commerce point of view, they have the knowledge of local search engines and travel portals, and can culturally adapt the travel brand website. They partner with the local GDS companies and other travel companies to support our clients' travel brand. We think globally but we act locally, this way we add the most value to our clients.

Our typical clients are hotel companies, airlines, car rental companies, cruise lines, tourism destinations, theme parks etc.
